Price Pros Amazon, Amazon Price Pros Failed to ship order, said order shipped, no refund, charged $120 for shipping, Internet
I ordered some car audio equipment through Amazon. The Price Pros were the seller. Said item shipped and would arrive on the 19th. It's now the 31st and nothing arrived. Filed complain with Amazon and seller admitted they never shipped the item even though they charged an additional $120 for shipping a small item (expedited delivery) is what they called it. Amazon has not been supportive. Said I should received a refund from The Price Pros, but Amazon is the one that was paid from by cc card. The Price Pros have not contacted me or refunded any charges and neither has Amazon.
