In late January I was contacted by Priceless Times Vacations about vacation packages they are offering, in support of Hilton Hotels. In addition to lowering their price and adding additional travel package options to make their offering really attractive, I requested to get information in writing about the vacation packages, to include their refund policy, before committing to them. I was told by three separate employees, who guided me through their offering packages that should I decide to cancel this vacation package that I am entitled to a full refund.

Upon receiving their initial acceptance purchase letter / invoice, in fine print it states that this package can be canceled at any time, however, is non-refundable.  This is completely counter to what each Priceless Times representative indicated. Moreover, the purchase letter was riddled with errors - incorrect spelling of name, incorrect address, etc.

I immediately responded to Priceless Times, via email, indicating I will NOT be signing the invoice and that I wanted a full refund for the money they charged my Visa - $693.84 US-Currency. I did NOT respond in writing authorizing this transaction!

The response I received was that in order to cancel the offer, I must sign the purchase letter / invoice, write "canceled" on the bottom of it, and email it back. There would then be a review process by Priceless Times to determine any further action.

I responded back indicating I would not be signing the document and that I want a full refund.

The saga continues and I have been going back-and-forth with my credit card company who seems to be stuck, and thinks the only way to find a resolution so I can get a refund is through the filing of a class-action lawsuit.  That's fine, however, this will take years, if it even happens at all.
