I went to Priceline.com to book a hotel in the Orlando area.  When I went to the 'Express Deals' their website showed 2 1.2 star hotels such "Holiday Inn" "Hampton Inn".  I put in my information and ended up with "Destiny Hotel".  A quick check on the internet confirmed it was one of the cheap hotels that line much of Orlando.  The reviews mentioned such things a mold and mildew.  I have stayed in Orlando many times and know to stay clear of these hotels as they commonly smell and can not be compared to a Hampton Inn.  When I contacted Priceline.co I got a professional mourner.  This is soemone who says "I'm sorry" over and voer again in an attempt to keep deflecting your frustration.  they refused to help me or even consider changing my hotel.  When I asked what I should do when I get there and it is a sleazy hotel, what are my options.  She basically said that was it and "I'm sorry".  In the end they got my money and I will never use Priceline.com again.
