Priceline.com CHARGED TWICE as much for reservation than company! Would not refund! Internet
I went to Priceline.com in response to their ads promising 40% off of published rates, etc. I submitted a request for a rental car and after seeing it was lower than the car company, I submitted the request and reserved a car. Not two hours later I saw on Expedia.com a car that was half the cost of Priceline! I just am disgusted!
I emailed Priceline.com and explained and was told that it was not within their refund guidelines, and basically, "Gee sorry that we ripped you off!"
BEWARE.....I will NEVER use Priceline.com again! BEWARE.
