Priceline.com fraudulent ripoff business totally relying on unsuspecting consumers to victimize Norwalk Connecticut

In order to have Priceline do a search for a hotel room, you must submit a credit card, they say. They did the search for the Seattle hotel I requested, but came up with an unacceptable hotel as they did not accept dogs (a pets allowed option was not offered when I initiated the search). I did not accept the reservation, nor did I click on "accept" anywhere, but it seems they went ahead and processed my inquiry as if it was an order, without my permission nor knowledge, when instead off accepting this offer, I simply left the website.

I received my Wachovia Visa bill today, they won't dispute it, and now Priceline is saying the "reservation" was final. Nowhere on the web pages they clicked me through told me this, or I never would have even considered using them. This is totally misleading and fraudulent. I received absolutely no services whatsoever, and they have no right to bill me.
I've emailed Co-CEOs Jeffery H. Boyd and Rick S. Braddock (who, by the way has inthe last 30 days unloaded THOUSANDS of shares of Priceline's crummy stock at the astronomical $1.78 per share (doesn't bode well for them does it...the rats flee the sinking ship...)), Senior VP Lisa Gillingham, the Connecticut Attorney General, the Connecticut State Department of Consumer Protection, the Federal Trade Commission and every one of their officers and directors.

If they think I'm going to roll over, they're mistaken.

Class action, anyone?

Dear Johnny from Sherman Oaks, I too was duped out of $ 435 from Priceline. The more I read on the web, the more I realize how common this is.
