Personnel were not able to refund a ticket that had been bought by mistake. Miscommunication happened with all representatives. They gave us misinformation. They took No responsibility for their errors. They could only say, "We cannot refund the ticket." They had no understanding of what had gone wrong in their system.
Their offices are somewhere in eastern standard time.
We were trying to use their services from Plano, Texas.
Will never use them again.
