I'm the victim of a bait and switch from priceline.com. I bid on a 4-star hotel in the Waikoloa/South Kohala area of the Big Island of Hawaii, knowing that the 3 or 4 hotels of this rank there are peaceful, elegant and compact . My bid was low for a 4-star hotel in this area. priceline.com booked me into a 3-star resort, which is a sprawling, noisy and less than relaxing place to stay. The resort also comes with extra resort fees, which were not listed in the price. To add insult to injury, although I called their help line within 24 hours to inform priceline.com that there was a price being offered for that resort and my itinerary that was $50.less per day (I called the hotel) they refused to do anything to either lower the price or switch me to the type of hotel I actually bid on. They did take my money very quickly, tough.

Now I'm wondering what will happen if I just cancel this reservation and do not go, will priceline.com refund some or all of my payment of over $650.?
Please advise. If anyone can help, contact me at (((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))gmail.com. Thank you very much
