Complaint Review: Priceline.com

A simple mistake was made on the Priceline website, we contacted them immediately, but they refuse
to correct mistake and charged us and also took away room reservation. So we
got the worst of both.

We were charged and still can't get the room we were charged for.

 
Desired Resolution:

We demand refund for the charge. As we had to rebook the room and pay for it again
for the same time.

Though what happened to me with priceline was different, call your card company and also show them you have paid twice for the same service and let them know you did not authorize the previouse perchase. They will normally reverse the charge plus will stop the card that was used which I highly suggest doing to prevent them from trying to recharge the card again. Priceline has existed since the early 80's using scams to collect fees then closing promotions without refunding them and was so suprised they are still in business. Hope this information helps.
