Complaint Review: Priceline

Priceline I booked a room for 5 days but I ended up staying for only 3 ..But priceline line still charged me for the 5 days i called them and splained what happen. They told that they cannot issue no refund or credit?? The operator was real rude, and when they got tired of talking to me they just hanged up the phone on me ?? Ontario California

PRICELINE IS A BIG RIP OFF. BE CAREFUL IF YOU BOOK A ROOM FOR 2 WEEKS AND ONLY STAY FOR 1 BECAUSE THEY WILL STILL CHARGE FOR THE 2 WEEKS.

It does clearly state on their website when you order that their services are non-refundable... This should not be a surprise to you.
