Priceline refused to change our flight for 2 months later for a doctors appointment we have scheduled in Oklahoma. When we called to ask for help a woman in Mexico who first identified herself as Patricia and later she said her name was Edith, refused to transfer us to a supervisor and insisted we write a letter. Priceline is indecent and a fraudulant company. They lack respect and proper business etiquette. Mr. Boyd claims to have "great success in 2012", all he is successful at doing is ripping off millions of people and then bragging about it later. This company should be shut down and those 2 actors who promote Priceline's commercials should be ashamed fo themselves. Everyone should boycott the big bang theory!! This entire company is scam! WE didnt even ask for our money back! we just need the date moved so that we can make the appointment!!!!
