I asked for an airport hotel--- 3-stars or better, in Philadelphia.

They booked me into the Stadium Holiday Inn.

No shuttle from the airport, but a $25 dollar cab ride. There go the priceline 'savings!'

It's not an airport hotel by any stretch of the imagination.

And it isn't 3-stars if you've ever been there or read the internet reviews of the place. It's a hotel that sports fans stay at when they know they'll be too wasted to make it home.

Called the Priceline customer service people and got nothing but scripts.

Even offered to book a rack-rate hotel on their site if they'd credit me.

Nope.

So here I am and Amex will get a dispute as soon as the charge hits.
