Priceline advertised a daily fee for an upgraded Wyndham hotel room in Nassau. Upon arrival, the hotel said there was only one rate- no premium room such as we paid extra to Priceline.

In our formal complaint to priceline, though Priceline advertized (and as of this writing continues to do so) and charged us in excess of $300 for a non-existent premium, they said it was the hotel's responsibility and that we'd have to settle this with the hotel itself.

In several emails, including a complaint to Better Business Bureau, we were quite clear that Priceline charged us for something that doesn't exist, though their representative continues to play dumb, refuses to ackowledge the situation nor refund that extra money we paid. Stay away from Priceline. They have a dishonest business model and treat clients with unresponsive double-talk. Advice: book with someone else and confirm any premium with the hotel or related travel service. Priceline should be ashamed of itself.
