In total, I lost over $1,000 in travel because inadvertent dates were placed on bids on Priceline.com.
Priceline.com has offered me $5 towards a future hotel stay.
While on vacation, I was unable to rent a car because Priceline.com booked the car for the incorrect date.  On the last page of your bid, they do not list dates of travel.

I have filed a claim against Priceline.com in Denver, Colorado.  If you have similar issues and would like to join, or could share your story, I would appreciate it.  I have emailed the CEO and customer service manager lisag@ to no avail.

I feel Priceline.com has had every opportunity to improve its service, but it will not.  They have over 500 complaints on this website alone.  If you google "Priceline Class Action Lawsuit" you will receive numerous hits, including an entire web page on Facebook.

My next step is to file an Official FTC complaint regarding deceptive trade practices specifically against Priceline.com and Lisa Gillingham, the Customer Service Director, as well as Chris Soder, chris.soder@.
