I purchased vacation package from san francisco to Las Vegas from Sept 16 to 18. Before I purchased the package, I checked www.usairwaysvacations.com(click on vacation Planning) and they have the price for $141 each(US airway Flight #178 and return flight #469, Planet Hollywood Hotel). Now, I called to 1800 PRICELINE and talked to the agent named Katie, a really nice lady. She said there is a Price Guarantee. Therefore, I purchased the vacation package (HOTEL +AIR) from SFO to LAS from sept 16 to 18 ( the exact flight #178 and #469 and the exact same Hotel, Planet Hollywood Hotel because I know the policy of Price Guarantee) with the price of $522.02 from PriceLine agent. Then, the agent Katie transferred me to the customer service in Mexico. In here, I got the worst customer service I have ever had. I don't understand what the guy is saying. He kept murmuring and he didn't listen to me. He put me on hold for one hour even though he said please wait couple mins. He didn't listen and following my direction. I said "just go to http://www.usairwaysvacations.com/bookingEngine/etd.aspx " and he put me on hold for hour. Finally, he transferred me to his supervisor who is also a mexican lady. She is the wrost customer service rep. She put me on hold for a long time. Then, she said she cannot find it on www.usairwaysvacations.com. In fact, she didn't listen carefully what I said. She kept arguing with me and she kept saying that she cannot find it. She said she didn't see the exact flight #178 and #469. I said I choose the exact flight because I know the Price Guarantee Policy. I gave her the exact direction steps by steps for www.usairwaysvacations.com  Finally, she said she found it with the price of $209 . Actually , she is lying, and she didn't know I am online too. I am checking the website and the price is $141.         


 


 

She kept lying with the higher price. It is really wasting my time, and finally I don't have any patience. I said I would like to cancel the package. She said she cannot cancel for me. This is the worst customer service in my life. I am going to complain to BBB and California Attorney General.
