Complaint Review: Priceline

Priceline Priceline Gave me a hotel with certain restrictions And I was unable to check in to this hotel. I purchased this hotel blindly. This means I did not know which hotel price line was going to give me until after I paid for it. Norwalk Connecticut

I am going to attach exactly what I wrote to priceline trying to get them to fix the situation. I GOT THIS RESERVATION BY BIDDING MY OWN PRICE / BLINDLY BUYING. I DID NOT KNOW WHAT HOTEL I WAS GETTING UNTIL IT WAS ALREADY BOUGHT. IF YOU HAVE HOTELS LIKE THIS IT SHOULD NOT BE IN THIS CATEGORY AT ALL. IT SHOUKD BE WHERE YOU CAN READ IT BEFORE MAKING RESERVATIONS. SINCE YOUR COMPANY IS NOT LISTENING TO WHAT I AM SAYING AND NOT TAKING RESPONSABILITY I WILL BE LETTING THE BBB KNOW. THIS IS RIDICULOUS THAT THIS IS MADE MY FAULT.

IM BEING TOLD I SHOUKD HAVE READ THE INFORMATION BEFORE MAKING RESERVATIONSM HOW THE HELL AM I TO DO THAT WHEN I DID NOT KNOW WHAT HOTEL I WAS GETTING UNTIL IT WAS ALREADY PURCHASED. I AM SURE IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF ONCE BBB GETS A HOLD OF THIS. THIS IS NOT FAIR TO ME OR ANYONE ELSE WHO MAY HAVE BEEN IN THIS SITUATION. DONT WORRY ABOUT RESPONDING. I WILL WAIT FOR MY RESPONSE OM THE BBB. I WILL BE SCREEN PRINTING THIS CONCERSATION SHOWING PRICELINE REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT THEY DID. I WANT COMPENSATION FOR THE HOTEL I DID HAVE TO GET DUE TK YOUR COMPANIES NEGLIGENCE.
