Complaint Review: PriceRock LLC

PriceRock LLC claimed that they did not receive the defective chain ,links broke, that i sent in for repair Hackensack New Jersey

 This is the email that i sent them after i called to check on the status of my requested chain repair 3 weeks after i mailed it to them (per their return policy and was told that they did not receive my package.  i have filed with paypal to recoup my chain or monies, however i have received no satisfaction from either company.

We have checked with our returns department and do not see a return from you. However, I will check again. Do you have a date around when the package was returned to us?

I did not get a "RA" due to your companies inability to return phone calls or emails for my request to get one. Therefore,  i sent my chain thru the US POSTAL SERVICE in care of your  "customer service/returns department" per the information listed on your companies site as that was my only recourse to get my chain repaired or replaced.  Please check with your "customer service/returns department" as they should have a log of all incoming mail, subject of said mail and department that it was sent to.   it is really amazing that to this day PrickRock does not have a record of my purchase listed in "my account" on your web site, although I paid thru PayPal, received the chain, chain was defective, sent back per the instructions on your web site and now you have managed to loose the package that i sent.  If you are unable to locate the package i will file for a reimbursement of monies thru PayPal's recovery service and let them handle it from there.
