Owner, Jeff Priebe, was requested to have vehicle towed to his shop for an estimate. Instead of giving an estimate, he did $5000 of repairs to the vehicle and demanded that amount to release the vehicle. No documents were ever signed and no authorization was ever given.
He still holds the vehicle hostage. It has been five months.

It would not be fair for me to leave this report up here without updating it.
First of all, I must be clear that I never thought Priebe did bad work. Their work is actually some of the best I have ever seen. We had a dispute involving other things.
With that said...
The owner, Jeff Priebe, in accordance with excellent business practices, rectified this situation in a fair and just way. He completely understood our position as customers, and we understood his as a business owner.
We are ALL happy with the results and look forward to move on to greater and more important things.
We just picked up the car today, and it looks FANTASTIC! It runs incredibly as well.
I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Priebe's Collission Center in Medina, Ohio for any insurance work you need done.
You will be pleasantly pleased with the condition of your vehicle when it is returned!!! Consider this matter CLOSED!!!
