Priest Etheridge Provided proof of fraudalent activity Wanted a refund cancelling my order refuses to refund Santa Clarita California
I placed a winning bid w/ Mr. Etheridge on Yahoo for a Power book laptop G4 17" Feb 28th ,2003.I Sent Him check for $2104.00 March 3rd,2003.
On March 5th,2003 i received complaints by email from other purchasers from Priest Etheridge that he had 1)Not delivered laptop 2) Upon asking for a refund he has not responded , or says he is working on it allowing months to go by w/ no refund.3) Purchasers are waiting for laptop past the 30 days into the months in the hopes that they will receive product. After much waiting, neglect , and frustration w/ Priest Etheridges "business practices " a discussion group has been formed w/ ethercomscam .com "Priest Etheridge".
On March 5th in my best business interest I decided after only one day into this transaction to ask for an immediate refund via email based on these concerns of Fruadulant history W/ Mr. Etheridge.Mr. Etheridges response taken from his email to me was " I will absolutely not send you back any money. Especially since you used this inappropriate bulldozing method."
It is within my legal rights within the state of california to demand a refund and get it. Mr Etheridges refusal(i have it in writing) constitutes fraud.I am now taking legal action!
