I was charged $36.99 in Oct. 2017 for a product I never oredered or received. When I searched for the company online, I found a very sketchy website---no email or fax#, so I called the toll-free number to ask about this charge. I was told that it was a charge for a book that I ordered. I explained that I did NOT receive a book, which the guy contradicted. The guy said I must have forgotten that I ordered the book, and that I would have had to watch a 15-minute video in order to submit my credit card information. Which I would never do---I hate those hard-sell, overly long & repetitious videos---I never watch them.  He could not locate a postal tracking # for the delivery date (of course not), and would not address my complaint, as the charge had been made greater than 60 days ago. I did notice there are several complaints against this company for fraudulant charges, and I filed a report with the BBB to investigate. 718 Greenville Ave., #100
