Primark sales/refunds king of prussia Pennsylvania
I purchased boxers and briefs opened one pack to wear a pair of boxes. extra tight. shows my size, but is much smaller in size. went to exchange the unopened packs but was told cannot because of return policy. only store that sale smaller size than advertised.
