Primary Care [vehicle Warranty Company] we bought a new car and the transmission went out we have a warranty but they are not covering it. Dublin, Ohio
We purchased a 2002 ford explorer on 04-28-09 and the transmission went out.we took the vehicle to Omera Ford where they confirmed it was the transmission and told us it would cost $3600 to fix.So we contacted the warranty company and they are not trying to fix it.They gave us the run around then told us we had to have the warranty for 60 days we were only 6 days shy of that 60 days. And they never told us that we had to have the warranty 60 days or we would have waited those six days. but however now they are trying to compensate us $600 towards a transmission and we don't know what we can do.PLease help us Thanks

Did you read your contract? I am shopping them now and am a little confused by their wording, "Waiting Period means thirty (30) days and 1000 miles OR sixty (60) days and 500 miles. How long have you had the car in question- 30 days and 1000 miles, or 60 days and 500 miles? Keep after them, both you and O'Meara, because if you keep after them they will payout. Call, email, write, whatever it takes.
