Primary Pools, Using Credit card without signature or authorization, Stealing customers pumps, not completing jobs. Internet
I hired this company to open my pool. Forgetting the rude phone manners and reprimand written on my bill. Forgetting the pile of leaves left poolside and the leaves in pool (even after I paid for a power vac). Even lets forget the stealing or exchanging of my pump for some old piece of junk that clearly wasnt mine, how about running a person's credit card without their permission or their signature?????
We are pretty sure that is a crime??? I will re-post the findings on that one. After giving the owner Heath a chance to "do anything at all" to make it right we are done. It is well worth the investement to protect any other unsuspecting homeowners in the area from getting ripped of or worse...their pools damaged by these people. Folks, keep you credit card numbers to your selves....
