Complaint Review: Primax Industries - Bath Fitter

On November the 17th, 2004. We had a saleman come into the house and sell us package #2 at $2883.45. I gave him a $50.00 deposit and he told me that it would be returned to me if I was turned down for credit. We did not hear from them for 3 weeks and I made a phone call to ask why? The secretary took the call and said some would call the next day.

A week went by and no call. I called again, I talked to the manager, he said he would return my call the next day---lie-lie no call. I checked my bank account and they had already cashed the check, that they said they would return. I know it was only $50 but this such a rip off. I could have gone out to dinner and got some enjoyment.

This company cannot keep their word and after reading other reports from other regions apparently this is their selling point. Beware of this company.
