After I had made arrangements to pay my late payments with a representative of prime acceptance on the phone to pay them all money that was due on April 1, 2011. They sent out a truck and reposessed my car on March 26th, 2011.

Then today April 1st they sent a woman from NCCI to my door with an envelope with a letter stating that I needed to call them and make arrangements to pay. This woman told me I had to call them while she was here with me.  I went into my home to get the phone and call and while I was waiting on hold this woman attempted to walk right in my house opening the closed back door and letting herself in my home!

I made her back out my door way and was talking to Jessie at Prime acceptance by then and gave the woman the name of person I was speaking with to the woman from NCCI and told her to leave my property. Then Jessie at prime acceptance tells me I need to pay my payment plus repo fee to get my car back.

IM PRETTY SURE THAT ONCE THEY RECOVERED THEIR PROPERTY THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO ACCESS MINE OR LET THEMSELVES INSIDE MY HOME!

If this is the way these people conduct themselves why in hell would i want my car back so that i could continue to deal with such abusive people and collection tactics

Maybe something happened and she could not make payments. They have the property. I highly doubt that makes her all the vicious names you called her.

Maybe Jimbo you should get your a*s off the computer and get counseling for all the pure hatred you have inside you. Bankers equal white collar criminals

Jimbo go f yourself!

YOU were subprime prior to this deal because YOU gave YOURSELF a reputation of not paying YOUR bills on time.  Now that you are into this new transaction, YOU continue not paying YOUR bills on time.

Have you ever considered paying your bills when due so that you can avoid collections and repo?

Once again, another subprime, loser, welfare type crying and whining.
