Complaint Review: Prime auto connection

 Worst place to purchase a car ever! They sell nothing but lemon cars (cars that don't work). They will start off by putting on a friendly face and making you feel like they're going to sell you a decent car for a decent price. I recently bought a car from them and it didn't even last me a week before completely breaking down. Unfortunately since it is bought as is they aren't willing to help me fix it. They mess with the computer on your car so it'll pass emissions then after a week it'll break down. My motor blew out and my extended warranty wouldn't cover it because they didn't even bother to check the oil. Once I confronted it, Roy they sales manager was a complete jerk and said we were out of luck and we should have checked the car out before we signed any papers.

Do NOT trust anyone in this company they will do whatever to get you to buy their worthless cars and then hang you out to drive. They also commit fraud on their paperwork by lying to the financing companies and saying you put more down on your down payment than you really did. It might seem like they're trying to help get you in a car but in reality they're making it so they can get more money out of you. Trust me when I tell you this is one of the worst places to buy a car!!
