Prime Benefits ripped me off too! They acquired my checking account by using whatever means and they printed a paper check for $87.

My bank gave my acustomer service number, 800-862-2026, that just rings busy, rings to an answering machine or, if your lucky, someone answers, puts you on hold and never returns. The one number I was succesful with came from one of the other reports, 866-991-9090. They told me that my "package" was on its way.

I asked what this "package" was and they stated that it was a medication discount card that I had requested. When I told them that I did not request nor want it I was told to send it back and I would be reimbursed.
When I then stated that I didn't authorize the deduction from my account or the use of my account numbers they got very rude and impatient. I was told that there was nothing they could do.
When I asked for the lady's name she refused to give it to me and hung up.

I called my bank back after all of this and was told to go and sign an affidavit at a cost of $10. I am in the process of fighting with them because I don't feel that I should have to pay for something that I didn't authorize. But I will get my money back at least the $87 even if it is at a cost of $10.
