Showed roofing work to Gino Ciuffetelli from Prime Home Improvement on December 16th, 2014 and asked for a proposal for the work. On January 2, 2015, I received an invoice for the work, showing that it was completed, but nobody ever came on site to do the work. When I asked for a meeting to show that the work was done, they would not come out to meet with me. There was no sign that the work was actually done.
The cost that they charged was really expensive and when I asked for a breakdown of the labor and material to justify the cost, their response was to file a lien on the property. On top of that, the roof STILL LEAKED! Had to have a real contractor come out and make the repairs. They refuse to release the lien or do anything further to make it right.

If you read about our company online you will come accross sites like the Better Business Bureau, Angies List , Houzz, and Yelp all showing positive reviews of our company. Now we are not perfect and we have have had some negative reviews in the past that we have addressed and we have corrected.
In the consumer review world there are 2 kinds of negative reviews one where the customer was not pleased with a service or product and they write about it online. The other one is when a customer gets what they paid for but when it comes time to pay they do eveything they can not to pay and even go to the extreme to tell you that you work was not good, they slander your company , your name and even go as far as trying to tarnish your reputation both as a business and personally
When I Read this Review by Joe Pizzementi form Better Building Concepts it is safe to assume that Joe is not happy. The reason he is not happy is not becuase he din't recieved great service from us , we did what we were contracted to do and he was happy that we had addressed the problem with our service. When we billed him he refused to pay , he expected us to just walk away but we dind't , we tried to reason with him but he still refused to pay and left us no option but to seek legal ways to collect the debt.
I think Joe assumes that most people that come to this site are simple minded and they automaticaly beleieve everything they read here.
See Joe wants you to believe that we are the worst of the worst, but sites like the better business bureu, consumer protection, Houzz, yelp and the thousands of satisfied customers we have serviced over the past 45 Years think otherwise.

The picture that Joe is trying to paint of our company really doesnt make any sense to anyone else but Joe
Joe was trying to use the good of this site for his own purpose and that is to not pay his debt with our company , if the debt was not valid he could have easily removed the mechanic lien in court. To date His Debt is in collections and his property has a mechanic lien .
Joe Pizzamanti is not a victim here , the victim would be anyone who reads his complaint and actually believes it.
