About three weeks ago, I gave the deposit($500) to Prime Honda-Boston, because I wanted to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection. The salesperson promised to refund the deposit to me if there were problems on the car.

The result of the pre-purchase inspection showed that there were many problems on the car, and one of the most serious problems was that the transmission dipstick missed, and the water could mix with transmission oil because of cleaning the engine. After I told the salesperson the findings and showed him the report of the pre-purchase inspection, he copied the report and promised me to refund the deposit to me within 3-4 business days.

However, about three weeks later, I did not receive any refund from Prime Honda-Boston. I called Prime Honda about 20 times, and I can speak directly with the salesperson for only one time. He promised me to ask his manager about how the refund was going, and called me back in 5 minutes. However, one week later, I still didn't receive his call, explanation and refund.
