My husband Joe and I wanted to clean up his credit and stop a hospital from collecting fees for a botched surgery.  This company contacted us telling us that we could use their attorney to stop the hospital from collecting fees that we incurred do to medical mal practice.  They told us that we could pay $59.95 for a copy of Joe’s credit report, and an initial consultation with their lawyer. 

We got an email from Prime legal with what was supposed to be my husband’s credit report.  The report we received would not open. I tried to call the number that was on the report and all I got was a message that would not allow me to leave a voice mail.  

The following Monday (approximately April 16th 2013) I received a text message saying that we needed to call a phone number provided in the text and put in a extension number to reach the rep that was supposed to help us clean Joes credit.  I called that number more than 20 times with no answer.  The message also gave me an option to push number 1 to get to the general phone number.  I still got no answer.  I gave up and requested my credit card company refund my money. 

I followed the email link and sent an email requesting a refund directly from Prime Legal.  I finally got a call from this company around May 1, 2013 from the individual who was supposed to handle my credit repair.  I told him I wanted a refund and he gave me an 800 number that of course there was no one available to answer my call.  I left a message and still did not receive an answer.

Today May 22nd 2013 I called an 888 number I found on the internet for this company.  I told the representative I wanted a full refund again, she informed me that there were certain procedures I had to follow.  I informed her that I was done with their procedures and I want my money refunded immediately. She continued to repeat that there were certain procedures I had to follow.  I informed her that I was not going to take any more bullshit; I wanted my money back immediately.  When she refused to refund my money I told her I wanted to speak to her supervisor.  She tried to get me to back down and I just kept repeating, I’m done with your bullshit I want my money and if you can’t provide me with a refund then you need to get your supervisor on this Phone now!!!!!  I’m not going away and I will keep calling back till my money is refunded!  She finally agreed to transfer me to her supervisor and he said he would put a request for a refund and that someone would be calling me back within 24 hours. I am not too hopeful that this company will do as they should do, especially after reading how many complaints they have.   

I found this complaint site when I typed in the company name.  I would bet they never help any person who pays for their service.  If you get a call from this company dont pay them a dime.
