First off the company is shady. They don't tell you from the beginning that even as a company driver you have to pay a deposit on the truck. They wait until you fly in or get bussed in to Chicago (you have to pay for it) and you start orientation to inform you of that so at that point you're obligated to comply as most guys need the money and can't afford to just go back home. They tell you they deduct it from your first two checks. The deposit for company driver is $1000 and for lease purchase it's $1500. I did both lease purchase and company driver with them. On lease purchase I couldn't make money. They say they pay you 90% of the total rate on Facebook but their costs of everything like truck, trailer, Insurances, ifta, etc all cost way too much. I was far in the negative even time I got paid. I went home one time for a week after being out 8 weeks and it took me 3 weeks to get a positive paycheck after that and it was only $64. They say that drivers gross $10,000/month or more on Facebook. That's laughable because I never came close and I had to run illegal to make sure I made any money one week. Then all they run is the north east and they make the lease drivers pay for tolls which is understandable but it's expensive and the loads they give you more often than not don't give you enough time to go around the tolls. Oh, and if you're late to deliveries, they take $500 off the load.

They gave me a load that couldn't be done legally and they charged me for being late. So I switched to company driver. Paid 52 cpm for all miles and they "require" you run 3000 miles per week. They can get up pretty close to that I'll admit it but again it'll likely require you changing around your paper logs to do it "legally", which I refuse to do. Then if you don't make it on time they punish you for it by making you sit for days. I'll give you an example: one day I delivered to a delivery in Edgerton, WI around midnight. Delivered it smooth and took my break at the delivery. The next morning at 11 they assigned me another load that picked up at noon in Chicago. Well I was two hours away do I couldn't pick it up on time obviously. So I got there late but here's the kicker. They told me the city it was going to, which was coal township, PA but they didn't send me the delivery info. Well after the pickup was made I got the delivery info. It delivered at 5 am next morning over 800 miles away. I didn't get out of there til 5 pm now after starting my day around 11 and I had 12 hours to go 800 miles. Quite naturally I couldn't make it on time legally so I needed to be rescheduled. Couldn't reschedule til Monday (it was Friday) and I was fined by the company $500 for late pickup and late delivery. Now that was all as a lease purchase driver. I got tired of the BS so I switched to company driver. Things were good on that until I had medical problems.

They had consistent miles (if you don't mind running northeast including NYC) and things were good but i had some blood work done when I was home and got a call from my Dr about needing some treatment for it. So i had to take truck to Chicago and fly home (I would've taken the truck home with me but it was like pulling teeth to get home to California) flights were cheap so I flew. Upon my appointment with the Dr I found out bad news and couldn't come back on the road. Well that initial deposit they take from you is to ensure you give them a two week notice before quitting. I couldn't do that so they kept the $1000 deposit. Now also, I had damaged the bumper before that. I hit a deer in Massachusetts and messed it up. They didn't care and it went for months like that. Suddenly now they care and also refused to give me my final check because even though I was a company driver they had to charge me for the bumper. So they took my $1000 deposit AND my last check. If they took my deposit for the bumper but gave me my last check I'd be OK but they took the deposit for not being able to give them a two week notice and then they took my final check. I'm still battling it with vlad, the company manager. What they do and how they run their business is highly unethical. You've probably seen their adds plastered all over Facebook now, as that's their primary advertising source. I've given them plenty of opportunities to make it right and now the labor board is involved and it's still dragging on. The money can be pretty good at times but everything else is no good. Highly shady and very unethical as well as trying to coerce drivers to run illegally. You're welcome to give them a shot. I'm sure you've seen their ads in Facebook, their number is 888-919-8181 and they advertise all over the place. If you do though good luck just beware.
