Back in July, I received a call from Prime One Benefits & agreed to have $187.00 deducted from my checking account. I got one package in the mail, filled out the credit application & returned it. Upon further consideration, I decided to cancel.

I called the company & was told over the phone that I could cancel. I received another package in the mail & returned it unopened for a full refund.

After I received no answer from the company, I sent an email & was told that within 10-12 weeks from August 26, 2003. I waited for over 12 weeks with no refund in my account.

Today, just a few minutes ago, I spoke to Stephen at Prime One. He told me that the refund period had passed & since I returned a credit application, I was not entitled to a refund, despite the information in my email that I quoted to him. He also told me that no supervisor was available to speak to me and I would not be getting a refund.

This company has to be stopped!
