Complaint Review: Prime One Benefits

Prime One Benefits ripoff fraud 18 months after paying $187.00 for a promised credit card have received nothing cannot talk to a human and no one ever returns my calls New York New York

After giving $187.00 over 18 months ago for a guaranteed credit card I have received nothing.

Today February 11, 2004 I again contacted Prime One their agent Steven in Ontario Canada advised me I did not exist and my information would have to be sent over to the account department.

I was informed I could not speak with any live person in that department since they do not take calls and they would have to call me back.

I advised Steven that plan would not work since Prime One never calls back and I have called at least 50 to60 times.

I was then told we were going around in circles and there was nothing he could do to further assist me. I then questioned how long it would take to receive a call back and the answer was 3 to 5 days.

I mentioned to Steven the long list of complaints on the internet with regard to his company. His response was "our attorneys are looking into this".

I am seriously interested in filing a class action lawsuit against this bogus company. Anyone interested please feel free to contact me and get this going.

Hopefully we can save others from having their money fleeced from them.

Believe me they have my money I have documentation of this and I have called, faxed, left messages and they want me to give up, oh but I wont.

You will never see anything but a credit from your bank account. That is the only thing Prime One seems to handle without a hitch or doubletalk.

It seems as though this company seems to have a wee bit of a problem doing business straight up, you may want to consider contacting other victims and going to the Federal Government and lodging a group complaint so that the company is properly investigated.

NO legit company should EVER deny a customer the chance to talk live with a customer service rep. Shoot even my service which is FREE to everyone has a live help button on the site and people also can call me anytime and I will pick up the phone and talk to them.

Do not let companies like this get away with this sort of thing, the longer victims wait to report this and keep up with knowing how the investigation is going, the more they will continue to rip off innocent people. I wouldnt want that on my conscience.
