Complaint Review: Prime One Benefits

this copany contacted us in october that we were approved for a unsecured mastercard. all we had to do was pay one time fee of $187.00 and we would received our card in about 7-10 days. so far all we have received is a packet that is useless, we did receive another credit card appliaton for a credit card from them asking for $200.00 savings account. the application also came addressed to a different first name and the same last name as of now we have been trying to get our mone back and our bank is also investigating
