Complaint Review: Prime One Finacial

PRIME ONE Financial is a rip off they took $187 off my debit card for a credit card with a $2,000 credit line.
and that was in march it"s know june and I have not recieved anything but, a package including alot of junkmail without a card being enclosed that they promised me at the time i order for it.

I called and was repeatedly put on hold and their customer service was very unprofessional. They told me to send the package back and i did and they said that they were going to put my money back on my card, in ten buisness days. I sent the package back May 15, 2003 and today is June 10, 2003. I called today just to see where they were in the process of sending back my money and they inturn told me that i would recieve my money back in 10-12 weeks.

Please tell everyone about Prime One Financial because, they are truly a rip off. Thanks for hearing me out.
