Complaint Review: PRIME ONE FINANCIAL

Prime One Financial rip me off for $187.00 for one time only fee for credit card. I never received the credit card. I called the company with provided number. They kept me on hold for at least 25 to 30 minutes. They lied and said credit card would be mailed federal express.

I called and demanded my money back after receiving their advertisement in mail. I was told to mail it back and my money would be returned. I did, and I have yet to receive it.

I really want to do something to prevent this from happening to someone else and to get my money back
