Complaint Review: Prime Peripherals-Okie Corporation

I purchased a 100 pack of CD-R media on May,26,2001 from Staples and sent the rebate form in the following day.

It's now October,29,2001 so I called the 800 number on my copy of the rebate form.(800-390-2344) These people located in New Rochelle, NY told me that Prime Peripherals were handling the rebate themselves and gave me their TOLL number(1-781-986-3960).

I called and got a recording to leave a message concerning rebates and after listening, the recording said I couldn't leave a message because the "mailbox" was full.

I then dialed their operator and a recorded message said that they were not at their desk.Don't buy from this company!!!

(P.S. Staples did make good on this offer-I simply spoke to the manager and it was no problem).
