Over all Very Satisfied with Product worth every penny.Made Huge Difference in our Families Life Style. Provided us with Clean Pure Water.However, This Company has realize that product alone is not suffecient enough to satisfy customer. They need to be responsive to thier customer base concern regarding but not limited to the Following:

1) Referral fees have to paid on time
2) Customer Service ( Customer Product Complaint) Adress in timely manner as promised.

I sincerely symphatize with agents that are working hard in behalf of the Company to assist customer find referrals to help pay for the purchase and Agents in return are the ones who have to face this dissatisfied customer due to Prime Quest Inc. Management lack of sinsitivity on the said customer base issues.
Address your issues internally before you look for solution outside your door.
Take Care of Your Hardworking Agents! They are Your Company's Life Blood..
Bless Those Agents who continually support you, They Truly deserve your sincerity & Honesty!

I've had the Prime Quest Unit in my home for about 4 months. It does everything they said it would do and more. My health has improved! My appearance has improved! My home has improved! The complaint about potassium increasing in price is true. It has gone up along with everything else, fueled by the gas prices! My sales rep informed me, that I had 3 business days after the unit was installed to change my mind! If I complained, they would come and remove the unit. I am so happy with the unit, they would have to fight me to get the unit back!

I have put my name in here initialy because I don't want to hide me as anonymous. I am not hiding about me and I am not hiding about the truth!!! All I want and all the people that comes to me and asked for help is just return this machine that is not worth to pay $8,000.00 and refund their monies back. I have to put it in here as my opinion and to avoid hurting consumers, just like that one that post from Waipahu Hawaii whoever that is. He's probably one of Prime Quest Inc victim too. And for your information, " I am not a Prime Quest Inc worker" and don't call me an "agent". And I never got fired because I am not Prime Quest Inc agent. Prime Quest is only a distributor and also an agent. I told your agent (Joel)I don't want to help him anymore with peoples referrals. I don't want to be involve with your corruption! I have my own business and I love my family, 6 children of my own and all my friends! I have to stop this!!!I will file a legal action the same thing as you think. I will need justice for myself and for all!

Prime Quest Inc. is only a distributor and also an agent. Avoid buying $8,000.00 water softener to this company. They will tell you that if you refer 4 people you will get the machine for free! Then you will find out later that the machine they are selling is not the right price plus is not the same as they advertised to their website /flyer when the machine installed to your house, is not the right machine! And if you helped them for referrals, they will call you an "agent" after!!! And if you will stay away from them after helping them, they will tell people that you get fired! Even if you did not work for them. Then if the people didn't like their machine for any reason, they will blame on you! Be careful!!! I want justice for what they have done to those people and me!!! I learn my lesson!!

They are trying and keep insisting that I was one of their "agent" because I bought this water softener to them worth $8,000.00 and refer 4 people to get my machine for free. When I found out about them, I was SHOCKED! And right away I stay away from them. That's why I am not helping their agent no more! Prime Quest Inc. Is only a distributor and an agent as well. They have this program that if you refer 4 people you can get their machine for "free". And I realized that the monies they will have to gave you is your own money! Why? Because the machine is not worth $8,000.00. Be careful of going and helping them to your friends because they will call you an "agent"! If you buy their machine, they will call and asked you for referrals. After you referred 4 people, they will call you and "agent", after you refer 10 people they will call you an agent! They even have another scamming program that if you referred 10 people, they will give you a round trip to the Philippines, which I never received! We as a customer we have to be careful of buying this water softener machine amount of $8,000.00. For that amount, you can buy 4 machines!!! Don't be fooled with this company and avoid joining their scamming program " The machine is not worth $8,000.00. That's your own monies that they are trying to show people that they can give away monies just like that!! For the very beginning I thought they must be making a lot of monies to give away, but in reality that money is your own money. They will let you borrow monies to the bank for the amount of $8,000.00 and if you do not refer people "you're in debt for amount of $8,000.00"! BEWARE!!!

There are two sides to a story. The company is being maligned and we must address this issue.
These continuous ramblings are the makings of a "dissociated" agent
associated with our company through an authorized dealer of Prime Quest, Inc. She even identified herself initially.
Her deceiving practice of obtaing referrals was discovered by the company after her "referrals " came in the open. Although she denies being an "agent" for the company, the truth shall be known.(Or maybe she just does not know what exactly"agent"means and entail)
Prime Quest stand by its product and what we represent, however, we must stop rebutting hereon as we have decided to pursue legal rights and proceedings against those responsible for the uninformed and reckless damages they have caused and continue to cause the company and also individuals they so choose to name and they must stop.
Fair is fair and we will face them in the proper forum.
