I live w/ my family on the BIG ISLAND OF HAWAII. 2 1/2 yr.s ago we purchased the Prime Quest water system because we live on catchment water...(rain water) Totally convinced that we were doing the best for our family, and small home business. after we purchased our first set of 'new filters"..that needs to be changed to keep up with maintenance we had to have our first inspection and check for the system...IT NEVER HAPPENED! For a year and a half we have been struggling to pay and maintain the system ourselves. it's been a year now that we cannot use it at all,
NO HELP, NO CALL BACK NO NOTHING...UNLESS YOU WANT TO ORDER NEW FILTERS!!!! THEY'LL ACCEPT YOUR MONEY BUT WILL NOT KEEP UP WITH ANY WARRANTY, OR ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS!!! IF I KNEW THIS AHEAD OF TIME I WOULD HAVE NEVER GAVE IT A SECOND THOUGHT!!!! WE LIVE SIMPLE AND FEEL LIKE THIS WAS SUCH A HUGE CARING INVESTMENT FOR OUR FAMILY, ONLY TO BE BURNED AND s****.>

I wrote a previous complaint! The nerve of these people! They sell us a bad water system, then never maintain it, never come to check on it when we had questions never held up to their end of the deal.** They called my home today 6-26-2011 for me to order more filters for my water system that DOES NOT WORK! After years of trying to have them refund my $$$ or to just fix it! They still had the guts to call my home and try to sell me more filters! The number they called from is: M. Atilano~ 818-534-8287..........i still can't get over the ignorance and how they have avoided any and all damage they have done to our home~ what goes around comes around!!!!!!! from HAWAII, Big Island~ totally disatisfied-ripped off customer! Still trying to get my $$$$$$$$$$$ back and they want us to purchase filters! unbelievable!
