Complaint Review: Prime Seller Leads

Prime Seller Leads iVortex Media Hasn't Paid Invoices Bonita Springs Florida

I did freelance work for iVortex Media (owners of Prime Seller Leads) for a few years only to find out they don't pay the people that work for them on time. I stopped working for them over a year ago and I am still owed a large amount of money. The owner pays when he feels like it and the invoices were due more than one year ago.

This is not an honest company and if they treat workers like this, I can't imagine how well they treat clients. When I reached out to some of the clients I wrote for, I found out they don't really do any SEO or provide "Real" leads. Instead, they were just reselling the content I was providing for a higher price. Bascially, I was doing most of the work and they were collecting most of the money.

I even offered to settle with the company for a lower amount and got zero response. The only way they ever respond is if I threaten legal action.

Simply not true

I never used writers from india. Two people wrote content for this client, myself and my wife. We both have college degrees and have never had any other clients complain.

This is simply a client not wanting to pay us the money we rightfully earned. In fact, we went above and beyond many times and even replaced posts we had written if the end client had decided they didn't fit with the overall theme or need of the blog and we never charged extra for this either.

In addition, the content we are still owed for is currently being used on his clients or past clients blogs. Hard to claim it was bad content when its all still on their blogs and bring them traffic, while we missed out on getting paid for over 70,000 words of content we wrote.

Simply put, I would never work for or do business with iVortex Media, Prime Seller Leads or any other company owned by this guy.

No Refund Because the Money is Spent

Josh Grund is a rip off artist and owner of iVortex Media and Prime Seller Leads. HE doesn't refund money because he's already spent it on himself, most likely. He also doesn't pay the people he hires completely, but only if he decides he wants to.

Nothing but a horrible experience with this company and this owner.

Forgot to Mention

Oh, and I forgot to mention, he threatened to post negative reviews about my company all over the internet as retalliation for this review and the other negative reviews I posted about him.

He'd rather let his reputation get ruined and try to ruin mine instead of just paying what he owes me. Complete scam artist. Stay away from iVortex Media and Prime Seller Leads and any other company Josh Grund runs.

He's a liar and a thief

I NEVER farmed any content out to India. My wife and I were the only two writing for this client and the work is ALL still published on his client's blogs. If they were really complaining they would have taken the content down.

He offered to pay a portion of the $2.198 + late fees and interest he still owes me but only if I removed the negative review, which is 100% honest, about his company. He's an arrogant thief and will say anything to get what he wants.

Our writing is featured on many Real Estate blogs across the nation and ranks very well. After I contacted some of his clients due to the non-payment of invoices for content they were using, they all expressed that they were happy with the content, but believed iVortex Media and Josh Grund were doing absolutely nothing else that was promised.

On top of it, he took my money and stole it. Clients paid him for content they still use and I never got paid.

I have escalated my cliam to the Attorney General of Florida and the Better Business Bureau. Also, based on the other reviews I have seen, he is simply ripping people off and looking for an excuse to rationalize it.

He and I battled it out through email a few months back and he was nothing but rude, dismissive and simply didn't care. Even when I was still working for him, I had to threated to stop writing just to get him to pay me for content already published on his client's website.

If you're considering using iVortex Media or Prime Seller Leads, stay FAR FAR away. Josh is a scam artists and can't even take care of those doing the actual work for his clients.

I even offered to settle his debt for a lower amount just to get it handled and he refused stating I cost him all kinds of money, which isn't true either. He blames me for being behind on content for his client, but that was complety due to his failure to pay. He'd fail to pay invoices, they'd stack up, I'd cut off content and he'd finally pay a couple of them. This went on for months. Then, I was expected to be superman and catch everything up as fast as possible while he just repeated the process of not paying me.

Yes, he paid me on time for about a year, but then everything changed. I wouldn't work for this guy/company or use them for SEO, leads, content or anything else. There are far better choices out there and companies that will actually deliver on their promises.

Nonsense, not a real writer.

#6REBUTTAL Owner of company

This is complete and utter nonsense.  We paid this guy for years to work as our in house writer, and he was farming out the work to India.  For a couple of years he was writing the content himself, and the work was good.  Then he started to "get busy" (getting married, working on his golf game, etc) and had to bring on additional writers to help he said.  These were non-native English speaking "writers" who could not write proper English.  We had many clients complain and cancel their services because of the terrible writing.  Why would we pay for this?  No company would.  As he said we paid him for years when the writing was good and it was actually him writing it.
