Since the new owners took over it's been a crap show. Fire alarms have been not working properly for 2 years. Recently I received a post card telling me that the payment was going up to $131. After they had already been hiked up less than a year ago. The post card stated after March 11, 2018. I went up on March 6th to find out it had alread been adjusted to $131. I then logged out took my post card and brought it to the storage unit. As usual, no one was there to talk to so I went home, left a message for the manager, then logged in to pay the $131 so I would avoid late fees.

When I received a call from the manager, she was the one who told me that two payments were made one from an old card one from a new card. One in the old amount, one in the new. I told her I wanted the first card to be credited. Someone was suppose to call back, but no one did. On the ninth I called again only to be told that they couldn't credit my account, they could only send me a check 4-6 WEEKS OUT. Are they crazy? I wouldn't be allowed a 4-6 grace period on a payment. Why am I not receiving a LATE PAYMENT? Frustrated and this is unacceptable.
