This is the email that I sent to the company, which describes the problem that I am having.

"I spoke to Drew a few weeks ago, about some cars that I put through the auction and they sold, but Prime Time refunded the money.

I just wanted to follow up, because Drew said on the phone that he would be shipping them both down to SLC to be sold at a different auction.  I haven't saw the cars move since.

I was hoping that this plan was still in effect.

Basically, I bought these cars from Prime Time with these poor mechanical conditions.   I was not made aware of those mechanical problems when I bought them.

So if the buyers who bought these cars from me can get their money back on these cars.   I would be happy to take the same deal.

I wish to get my money back from the sellers that originally sold me these cars, based on the findings that you discovered.

I was told that both of these cars had mechanical issues, and that is why you had to refund the money to the buyers.

So please just get my money back from the original sellers based on the fact that they didn't disclose the mechanical problems to me.

There is the 2001 Ford F250, and the 2002 Volvo S60.

Whatever makes this work.  Because I need to get the titles to the cars that I bought at the last auction that I went to.

I have the 2001 Chevy Tahoe and the 1981 Dodge Lindy Motorhome.

I already put some money down on these.   But in order to come up with the rest, I wish to get my money back from the original sellers that sold me the Ford F250, and the 2002 Volvo S60.

So let me know how this needs to work out.  Do I need to come sign something at Prime Time requesting my money back?

Thanks!  Ryan Thompson "

The auction company gave the buyers that bought from me the privilege to return the item that I sold at the auction.  But I couldn't get a refund for the same item at the same auction, that I bought just a few weeks previously at this same auction company.   They've given me a ton of excuses, but all of their excuses benefit my petition.  Yet we are still working on an outcome 3 months later.   They still have all of the titles to four cars, they have 2 of the cars, and $10,000 of my dollars, and yet I have no titles, even though my cars only cost $7500.

They owe me $7500 as a refund for their crappy cars.  They owe me what I overpaid.
