I mailed a rebate form for $99.00 to Prime TV around January 15, 2003. It was properly executed. I heard nothing. In April, my wife contacted the company and was told I had not signed the form (I had, it was light) and was told by Dina of Prime TV to resubmit it. We sent in copies of our copies and, again, heard nothing. On May 23, 2003, my wife called again and spoke to Molly who was rude. This twerp related we had sent the rebate in late and we would not get the money. She reluctantly gave us the address and name of her supervisor.

On June 5, 2003, I sent a letter to the supervisor, Jeff Hess. I have heard nothing. Then, a City inspector gave us a notice that a $29.00 permit was required for the satellite dish installation and the antenna and cable were not properly grounded. I have a copy of the contract with Direct TV which clearly states the installation fee I paid (and did not receive the rebate for) included grounding of the antenna and cable.

I am a State of Florida police officer and fraud investigator. I know mail and wire fraud when I see it. This company simply ignores its own customers.
