Prime TV never honored their rebate payment ($99) for opening a new account Southern Pines North Carolina
On January 25, 2003, all the papers required for the $99 rebate were received, but two months later, still no payment has been received by me. The customer service agent said that this is a reocurring problem, and he offered no help in tracking where it is in the process. He said call back in two weeks.
