Prime TV Rip-off a huge scam Attention lawyers potential class action Jackson Springs North Carolina
I paid for my system on August 2, 2002. They had a detailed list of instructions, followed by me to a "T." I had seen on the internet that they might be fraudulant, so I even asked the installer, who said he knows people get paid if they do everything right. It's not August 6, 2002, and they say I haven't been assigned a check number, whatever that means.
Someone needs to sue. $140 isn't a lot, but $140 times the thousands of customers who have been screwed is a lot. They operate in many states -- this isn't just a local scam.
