As with everybody else, I purchased my DirectTV from Prime in January and have never received my $99 rebate. I have called numerous times and originally was told that I would receive my check around May 20, 2003. I called on May 23, 2003 and was told that my check had not been mailed but would be rushed and it should be to me by June 23, 2003. Now it is July 11, 2003 and I still have not received anything from them. I have been passed around from one person to another without anybody taking responsiblity. The only answer is that they will process the reqeust and I should receive my check in 2-4 weeks.

Anybody who is financially able and willing to join me in a lawsuit for the principle of this matter. I am sick of companies getting by with this type of activity. I can live without my $99 but would like to have this company penalized and be brought to justice.
