Prime Van Lines Lost or damaged most my items moved East Orange, New Jersey
I hired Prime Van Lines to move from NYC to Minneapolis. When the truck arived to Minneapolis I looked into the truck and all the boxes labeled fragile had been put at the bottom of all my boxes and furniture. A number of the boxes didn't arrive and the ones that did had been damaged or destroyed. I contacted Prime Van Lines over and over to claim the missing items and apply for compensation. I never received even a phone call. I have now gone to conciliation court and the never showed up or payed the $7565 the judge awarded me. DO NOT HIRE PRIME VAN LINES

I moved with prime van lines just a few days ago, I was pretty scared to make my move with them due to your review but I need to say that everything went even better than I expect it, they came on time they did a really nie job and the final price was even less money that they quote me I will recomend them to my friends and family, not sure what happen in your move but my experience with them was really good
