Complaint Review: Prime Vending Locations

I purchased three vending machines in March, 2014 in order to start a side business. As I was working full time at the point I started this I needed help locating some spots to place the machines. I called Prime Vending Locations for help with this. Their site represents them as experts in finding awesome and profitable locations for machines such as my combo ones. They claim special expertise in getting the spots one needs to operationally make money.

Reality is very different. After taking a $525 deposit they gave me several locations, but they all were uninterested and never even wanted the machines! What the hell??? How come I was getting locations that never even wanted my services? It gets worse; it took them two MONTHS to get my first spot, and it has never generated more than $10.00 in weekly sales. They got me a second spot THREE months after that! Again a location that sells less than $10.00 a week. Finally got the third which performed well but apparently my capabilities were misunderstood and I had to remove the machine a mere two weeks after arrival. I have given them one more chance to relocate that one at half price...they took my $175 deposit this time and I havent recieved jack squat on leads in the past two months.

These guys are supposed to be experts, but they're really simply mass dialers who throw things out and hope it works out.

Money lost, $1225.00

Machines Located, 3

Gross weekly sales at two remaing machines, $18.00

Effort given by these guys in the past two months, ZERO

Do yourselves a favor if getting in this business: Put in the work yourself to get this done and try traditional advertising, which is what I'm doing now. Avoid sharks like so called vending locators as in Prime Vending Locations. The only thing prime about them is how much they line their pockets with money from unsuspecting business owners.
