I wanted to get Direct TV installed at my home in Iron Mountain Ranch, Las Vegas, NV. When I called Direct TV they told me that they would give me 6 receivers installed for free in order to get me to switch from the Cox cable company. We were all set for the install until Direct TV said that they could not do the install because Primecast bought the install right for my community. I then called Primecast to and told them the offer that Direct TV was going to give me and after checking with a few managers they said that they would be able to honor the 6 free receivers.

After a couple of months of service I got a bill saying that I owed them $43.92 for the extra receiver. I called the Primecast billing department on 4 separate occasions asked to speak to the manager. Each time I was told that the manager was busy and that they would have to call me back. Only 1 time out of four did the manager call me back and even after all of that they would not honor the deal that their sales rep made on the day I ordered the service. I had to pay the $43.92 or face a collections claim. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you have to deal with them get everything in writing before you proceed! If cable is your only other option, STICK WITH CABLE!
