Our community is stuck with this company as sole provider of telephone services, thanks to a sweetheart deal with our builder. The "service" in the entire community goes down at least one day per week. When it is up, there is static. This week, a group of us lost our long distance carrier. First it was switched (slammed) to their provider. After I reported this, it was changed to a carrier I do not do business with. Just filed another report to get the correct PIC (provider). Trouble takers have no clue what the telco business is all about. Technicians trouble shoot from information sent to them fron the trouble report takers and uually put their own interpretation on the report. No one calls the customer to either verify what the problem is or to report that the trouble has been cleared. Last month we lost our caller ID.

As of this writing, about half of the homes in this community have been restored. When we call now, the trouble takers ask "are you from Cascades (our community). They used to ask "what community are you in?" but they have come to expect our calls. Very very sad. If you have abuilder who is considering doing business with this poorly run company, FIGHT IT!!! You can't get to any management person, they ignore PUC complaints, THEY JUST DON'T CARE. THEY HAVE A CAPTIVE CUSTOMER BASE.
