Primecast is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and unfortunately i am stuck with them because my complex made a deal with the devil.

They dont record phone calls of any kind and definately dont train their reps becuase everytime i call in they have no idea what they are talking about and you will get a different answer from 3 different reps. It seems like they are trained on how not to be intelligent in their field.

Everytime i ask for a manager none of them are available and they wont let you wait for one. Primecast is a very deceptive company and does not conduct business in a professional manner.

They tell lies and when you try to call them out on it or stand up for what you were told its goes nowhere because they dont record phone calls.

Do not ever do business with primecast. they are a middle man for direct t.v. and we all know the middle man is always the most shady.

PrimeCast, You can say whatever you want but it won't change the facts. It's very obvious your reply was a scripted one. I have spoke with PrimeCast since the initial posting on Rip Off Report and unfortunately nothing has changed. PrimeCast employess lie, deny, and don't comply. I spent over 3hrs on the phone trying to get to a manager. Which never happened. They told me they would have one call me back and start a ticket for me. The next day I still hadnt heard back so I called back in again and a rep named "Doug" told me the ticket was set to automatically close. Obviously this was a lie and didnt make any sense. Also i have ran several internet speed tests and I am not recieving the download or upload speeds that i am paying for and was promised in my contract. I am compiling as many test reults as possible good and bad to take to my apartment complex so hopefully we can get out of the contract. I have also started a petition in out complex and have almost 40 names allready atesting to the bad practices of PrimeCast. I have talked to nearly 50 people in out complex and am yet to hear one good thing about the PrimeCast company. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH PRIMECAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to know what is the name of the complex you live at and where ?  I am asking because I am having lots and lots of problem with Primecast too at the apartment complex where I live at.  After reading your posting here seems that I am not the only one.   Thanks
